Hello Subscriber First Name ❤️ We know you’ve been wondering what’s going on at the CC Levelle Salon and understand that you might be one of our Loyal Levelle Babes that submitted a waitlist request and are still patiently waiting for a response on the status of your appointment. First, we’d like to thank you for your patience and flexibility as we’ve made major adjustments to our Salon and Boutique operations. We have received your request, and have not forgotten about you! During our last email update, we communicated our plan to re-open the Salon by servicing clients in phases (see graphic below), the Boutique would be open by appointment only, and also explained that we would keep you updated as often as possible. On Tuesday, May 26th, we re-opened the Salon and started providing services to Phase I Clients. We are pleased to announce that Phase I has been a success, and we only have few Salon Babes left to service! Beginning Tuesday, June 9th, we will begin scheduling our Phase II Clients and wrapping up those last few appointments for our Salon Babes in Phase I. It is our honest intention over the next 2 - 3 weeks to initiate the scheduling of appointments for our Phase lll & IV Clients provided our operations continue successfully and as planned. If you haven’t already done so, please add your name to the Appointment Waitlist with a clear description of your hair needs so we can book your appointment accordingly.
As we continue to move forward and service our clients, we will firmly adhere to our updated COVID-19 Salon Policies. We ask that you continue to be patient with us through this process, and understand that we are simply looking out for the health and safety of our clients and staff. Please take some time to visit/explore our new website and review our Updated Policies, as they must be followed; No Exceptions! Additionally all clients must sign our Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability form prior to receiving service in our Salon.
