We’ve got a few announcements for you as we move into the summer season. So, of course, as a Levelle Babe, you are the first to know! ッ

The Rumors Are True Babe! The Salon Re-Opens Today ❤

We have a large salon client base and the process of re-booking appointments has been a little hectic. For this reason, we ask that you please be understanding and patient as we re-book appointments for everyone. We are truly doing the best we can.

We are currently booking appointments in phases by service type (GK, Units, Color etc). If you have not yet heard from us, please know that we have not forgotten you. There is no need to call, text, or email about appointment status. We will contact you via phone, text, or email as soon as we can. So be on the lookout so you don’t miss us!

Additionally, please keep in mind that we are not able to book appointments the way we normally would. We are only able to take a limited amount of appointments per day to comply with our current state laws and regulations, so it will take some time to ensure everyone gets a least one appointment over the next 4 to 6 weeks.

If you have not requested a spot on our salon waitlist yet, you can do so at the website on the Contact Us page. We also have Levelle Hair Care Kits and our favorite Salon Products available to purchase at our website; so if you want to care for your hair in the same way we would, you can do so in the meantime.

Additionally, CC Levelle Salon & Boutique Policies Have Been Updated. All clients are customers are highly encouraged to read them and to electronically sign our Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability Form prior to receiving any salon service or shopping in store.

We hope you like it! We’ve worked hard on re-branding and re-building our site to offer everything you need in one place. We are still working on posting information and offering more features in the near future.

Speaking of new features… We are happy to announce that we plan to launch a new appointment booking feature no later than the end of June or mid July. This will allow all of our salon clients and boutique customers to book their hair and personal shopping appointments directly from our website.

Clients and customers will also be able to create an account, re-schedule/cancel, pay for appointments in advance, receive automatic confirmations and reminders and so much more. Be on the lookout for more info soon!

While we are so grateful to still be in business, we have to admit the road to re-opening our doors has not been easy. COVID-19 has been hard on all businesses, not just logistically in the way we do business, but financially as well.

For this reason, we prefer that our salon and boutique customers pay for salon appointments or boutique merchandise in cash until further notice. If you are unable to pay in cash, we completely understand, and can offer ways to pay online/digitally with your credit or debit card.
